RENT A CABIN IN
THE HIGH COAST

Welcome to FriluftsByn and the heart of the High Coast’s nature. Here, amidst all the adventures of the World Heritage site, we have created the place we love to stay at. And if you’re eager to stay in a cabin, we have several options. The larger cabins have a toilet and shower inside, while the other cabins are located near newly renovated service buildings. All cabins have a refrigerator and access to a kitchen.

In FriluftsByn, you’ll find adventurous families with children, experience-seeking couples and groups of friends, as well as curious seniors.

“Treat yourself a staying right in the World Heritage site. Then you’ll be close to all the experiences and can relax in a completely different way.

Minimum two nights

If you want to book a cabin during June, July, and August, you need to book a minimum of two nights. Single-night bookings are not available.

Which cabins are available?
Use the “Show availability” button!

You are probably searching for a date that suits you best, but if you are flexible, you can get an overview of available accommodations by clicking on the “Show availability” button at the bottom of the booking module above. When you click on that button, a calendar will appear showing when different cabins are available for booking.

It can also be helpful to use “Show availability” if a certain type of cabin is fully booked on your selected date to see when that type of cabin is available.

When you find an available cabin in the calendar, enter the available dates in the search field and click “Search.” Then, you will be presented with the available accommodation as a bookable option.
